Bob has lived in Harford County since his teens, over forty years. Since being a police officer he has been an advocate of giving back to the community. Bob has accomplished this through volunteer service with the Police Athletic League, American Red Cross, Parks and Recreations, his church, and various County committees. As Chief of Security for Harford County Public School Bob has had an opportunity to witness firsthand the learning potential of the children of our county.
